THE PROJECT
In the summer of 2021, I worked with the Springfield Vermont School District to create a staff recruitment video. The goal of the project was to provide useful information about the programs offered to teachers, while striking a heartfelt, persuasive tone.
Elliot partnered with the Springfield School District to develop a video project that would help us tell the school district's story to teachers looking into working at our schools. Elliot took a vision and brought it to life beyond what I could have imagined. I found myself watching the video on repeat, impressed with his creative imagery, thoughtful editing, and beautiful sequencing. I can't wait to use the video in our upcoming hiring seasons and we were lucky to have Elliot as a partner in this important work.
